Based on this study, CT imaging could be used to more rapidly diagnose Cauda Equina Syndrome. However, further collaboration with neurosurgeons and research needs to be done before this could be applied to practice.

Good reduction in moderate-severe acute pain with low-dose ketamine but no difference between IV & nebulized. More rescue analgesia/opioids needed with nebulized ketamine so need further study of superiority of IV.
